Nordman Algorithms is committed to maintaining a secure environment for its clients and protecting the integrity of its software products and intellectual property.

We develop and distribute technical software tools designed for market data analysis, trading automation, and platform integration. We do not provide financial services, brokerage services, or investment advisory services of any kind.

We implement reasonable technical and organizational measures to ensure the reliability and security of our software products.

• Protection mechanisms designed to maintain the integrity of core logic
• Continuous monitoring and improvement of software stability

Our products are designed to operate within supported trading platforms (MetaTrader 4/5, NinjaTrader, DAS Trader, cTrader, TradingView, TradeStation, Quantower, Interactive Brokers (IBKR) / Trader Workstation (TWS), Tradovate) and rely on the security infrastructure of those platforms.

Our software does not:

• Collect personal financial data from trading accounts
• Access user funds
• Execute trades independently or without user-defined logic
• Transmit sensitive data to external servers unless explicitly required by API integrations configured by the user

All user actions, configurations, and trading decisions remain under full user control.

All standard Nordman Algorithms products — including indicators, tools, and software distributed via subscription or lifetime license — remain the intellectual property of Nordman Algorithms OÜ.

Users are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the software under the terms of the selected plan.

The following is strictly prohibited:

• Redistribution or resale of the software
• Sharing licensed files or access credentials with third parties
• Reverse engineering, decompiling, or modifying the software
• Copying or replicating proprietary logic or visual elements
• Attempting to bypass licensing or protection mechanisms

Violation of these terms may result in suspension of access and legal action. All rights not expressly granted remain reserved by Nordman Algorithms OÜ.

For custom development projects, intellectual property ownership is defined explicitly and agreed upon before project execution.

Unless otherwise specified in the project agreement:

• The client receives full ownership of the delivered source code
• All custom logic, algorithms, and implementations developed for the client become the client’s intellectual property upon final delivery and full payment
• Nordman Algorithms does not reuse, resell, or incorporate client-specific solutions into other products — whether commercial or internal

This ensures that each custom project remains unique and fully controlled by the client.

We treat all client projects, trading strategies, and proprietary logic as strictly confidential from a legal and contractual standpoint.

• NDAs are available and can be signed prior to project commencement upon client request
• All client-provided materials, strategy specifications, and algorithmic concepts are used solely for the purpose of fulfilling the agreed project
• We do not disclose, share, or repurpose client-specific information, except where required by law or with explicit client consent

Access to client-provided files, source code, and project materials is limited exclusively to the development team members directly assigned to your project. Client trading strategies, algorithmic logic, and proprietary specifications are never reused, repurposed, or incorporated into other products — whether commercial or internal.

Upon project completion, all deliverables are transferred to the client in full, including source code where applicable. Nordman Algorithms does not retain or distribute client-specific code beyond what is reasonably required to provide agreed support or maintenance services.

Our software integrates with third-party trading platforms and tools, including MetaTrader 4/5, NinjaTrader, DAS Trader, cTrader, TradingView, TradeStation, Quantower, Interactive Brokers (IBKR) / Trader Workstation (TWS), and Tradovate.

We are not responsible for:

• Platform outages or technical issues
• Broker execution delays or errors
• Data feed inaccuracies
• Changes in platform APIs or functionality

Users are solely responsible for ensuring compatibility with their chosen platform and environment.

While we implement reasonable safeguards, no software environment can be considered completely risk-free. Users acknowledge that:

• Market data may be delayed or incomplete
• Internet connectivity issues may affect performance
• Platform-level failures may impact execution or visualization
• Automation logic depends entirely on user-defined parameters

Our software does not eliminate or reduce market or technical risks.

We actively monitor and protect our intellectual property against:

• Unauthorized distribution
• Illegal resale or licensing abuse
• Code extraction or replication attempts

We reserve the right to take legal action against violations.

Users are expected to use the software:

• In accordance with applicable laws and regulations
• For personal or authorized commercial use only
• Without attempting to manipulate or exploit platform infrastructure

The software is a technical tool and must not be used as a substitute for independent analysis and decision-making.
